Peptides

Peptides are short chains of amino acids linked by peptide bonds. A polypeptide is a longer, continual, unbranched peptide chain. Polypeptides that have a molecular mass of 10,000 Da or even more are called healthy proteins. Chains of fewer than twenty amino acids are called oligopeptides, and consist of dipeptides, tripeptides, and tetrapeptides. Peptides drop under the broad chemical classes of organic polymers and oligomers, alongside nucleic acids, oligosaccharides, polysaccharides, and others. Healthy proteins consist of several polypeptides arranged in a biologically practical way, commonly bound to ligands such as coenzymes and cofactors, to another protein or other macromolecule such as DNA or RNA, or to complex macromolecular assemblies. Amino acids that have been incorporated right into peptides are termed deposits. A water particle is launched during formation of each amide bond. All peptides other than cyclic peptides have an N-terminal (amine group) and C-terminal (carboxyl team) residue at the end of the peptide (as shown for the tetrapeptide in the photo).

What Are Ipamorelin and CJC-1295 No-Dac?

Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is a synthetic compound classified under growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs). Structurally, it’s a pentapeptide—a chain of five amino acids. Its primary mode of action involves binding to the ghrelin receptor, which governs the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland.

CJC-1295 No-Dac

CJC-1295 No-Dac is a tailored variant of a compound that mirrors the function of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). The "No-Dac" distinction is significant—it has a shorter half-life

What is the TB500 & BPC157 Blend?

TB500 (Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment)

TB500 is recognized for its role in promoting cell growth, stimulating the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis), and supporting tissue repair. By interacting with actin, a protein crucial for cell structure and mobility, TB500 shows potential in enhancing the healing of soft tissues such as ligaments and tendons, particularly in injury recovery.

BPC157 (Body Protection Compound 157)

BPC157 is a synthetic peptide inspired by a natural protein known for protecting and healing the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. Research indicates its ability to enhance cell growth, boost collagen production, and facilitate blood vessel formation.

Research Benefits of Tesamorelin

  • Binding to GHRH Receptors
Tesamorelin functions as a mimic of natural growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH).

  • Stimulating Growth Hormone Release
By activating these receptors, Tesamorelin stimulates the anterior pituitary gland to produce and secrete growth hormone (GH).

  • Boosting IGF-1 Levels
The rise in growth hormone levels prompts the liver to release insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1).

  • Improving Lipid Metabolism
Studies suggest that Tesamorelin may support the reduction of visceral fat by modulating lipid metabolism pathways.
